Fenugreek – Blessed Thistle herbal capsules are used in Herbal Medicine: As a nutritive tonic, As a galactagogue to help promote milk secretion, As supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels, and To help reduce elevated blood lipid levels (hyperlipidemia).

INGREDIENTS:

Medicinal Ingredients (500 mg per vegicap): 

High potency 5:1 powder extract equivalent to 2500 mg

Certified Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum, seed) and 375 mg of dried 

Certified Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops) (alcohol free)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: 

Hypromellose (vegicap)

Magnesium stearate

DOSAGE:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily on an empty stomach.
