Our selection of sea salts comes from the island of Noirmoutier, renowned for its salt marshes. This origin guarantees an exceptionally high-quality product, characterized by incomparable aromas and a distinctive gray hue. Rich in minerals with a composition identical to Celtic sea salt, these gray sea salts are quite different from table salt!

If you want to add a unique touch to your cuisine, treat yourself to our fleur de sel. Harvested by hand the moment it crystallizes on the surface of salt marshes, it is both crisp and delicious.

Grey sea salt is obtained through the evaporation of seawater by the combined action of the wind and sun. It is hand-harvested from the clay-bottom pans of salt marshes, which gives it its natural grey colour. The salt is then simply dried and finely ground.

Our sea salt is a source of minerals (sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium) and trace elements (iron, manganese, zinc).
