MITSOH ('Eat' in Cree Nehiyaw) was founded in 2018 by lan Gladue of Wabasca's Bigstone Cree Nation in Alberta, Canada (Treaty 8 Territory). A passionate chef, lan was inspired by his mother to share traditional Indigenous foods with the world. At Mitsoh, we're dedicated to providing amazing, authentic experiences, spreading love and making a positive impact. We use only clean, natural, local ingredients, ensuring the highest quality, nutritionally dense products.
