Recommended Use:

Adults: Take 1 Tbsp (15 ml) 3 to 4 times daily.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 15 ml):

• Urtica dioica (Nettle) extract – 300 mg

• Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) extract – 200 mg

• Sambucus canadensis (Elderflower) extract – 188 mg

• Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) extract – 150 mg

• Thymus vulgaris (Thyme), Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow), Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) – 100 mg each

• Plantago lanceolata (English plantain) extract – 75 mg

• Salvia officinalis (Sage), Panax quinquefolius (American ginseng), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) – trace amounts
