INGREDIENTS:

Each teaspoon (5 mL) contains
Iron (ferrous gluconate, ferrous lactate)  –  10 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)  –  25 mcg

Non Medicinal Ingredients: 

Purified Water, Natural Orange Flavour, Malic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Carrageenan, Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf, Caramel.

Dosage:

 Take 1 tsp. (5ml) twice daily with water, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Best taken on an empty stomach, away from food.
