Urban Forage Gourmet Shake & Bake (225g)

Every batch of Gourmet Shake & Bake starts with baking mouth watering organic focaccia bread which gets dried and ground in a crumb.  We then toss with toasted chilies, coarse grey sea salt, & herbs. Make it a staple in your kitchen!

Sprinkle over veggies before roasting, top your Mac & Cheese or Meatloaf, bind your meatballs, use the flour, egg wash, bread crumb method for chicken strips, zucchini sticks or mozzarella sticks! Our favourite is marinating bone-in chicken with our S.E. Asian and “shaking” to coat well & baking until crispy and cooked. Enjoy!
