• Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) standardized to withanolide and sitoindoside
• Traditionally used as a sleep aid
• Traditionally used in Ayurveda for memory enhancement
• Traditionally used in Ayurveda to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age

INGREDIENTS:

Non-medicinal ingredients: sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: hypromellose.

*Typically/typiquement 2.5% withanolides, 0.1% sitoindosides

DOSAGE:

Take 1 capsule daily with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

PRECAUTIONS:

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
