Organic Fair Coriander (38g)

The seeds of the coriander plant, also known as cilantro, are warm, nutty, and spicy with a hint of orange peel-like flavour. Add to pickling mixtures, homemade sausage, smoked meats, or in rye bread as an alternative to caraway. Coriander's citrusy flavour lends itself very well to pork and chicken dishes, especially when combined with orange.
