Direction on how to make a treatment bottle:
Add 2 drops of each of the Individual Bach Flower Remedies and/or 4 drops of Rescue Remedy, (optional: add 1 tea spoon of brandy, apple cider vinegar or 2 teaspoons of glycerin as a natural preservative.) From this mixture you take minimum 4 drops, 4 times a day or as needed.
