INGREDIENTS:
Each ml contains:
250 mg Certified Organic Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root.
50% alcohol
1:4 EXTRACT
DOSAGE:
Adult: Take 1-3 ml 1-3 times daily as a mild sedative. Take 1-4 ml once daily before bed as a sleep aid.
PRECAUTIONS:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking other sedatives. Do not consume alcoholic beverages while taking this product. Do not use while driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery since this product may cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
