Each softgel contains 325 mg of potency-validated wild omega-3 fatty acids and 260 mg of certified organic evening primrose oil, providing a combination of EPA, DHA, and GLA.

Directions of Use

• Children and adolescents (3–18 years old): Chew 1 softgel four times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Do not allow the child to swallow the softgel whole.

• Organic evening primrose (Œnothera biennis) seed oil, hexane-free – 260 mg
  • Providing gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA) (10%) – 26 mg
• Fish-oil omega-3 fatty acids from wild, deep-sea whole sardines (Sardina pilchardus) and whole anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) – 325 mg
  • Providing Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) – 145 mg
  • Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – 87.5 mg
