Gathering Place Onion Powder comes from our Farmers’ Cooperative in Northern India. Our supplier works with thousands of small farmers to grow, harvest and process organic spices with the fairest and most ethical practices. Like GPT, their goals are to bring healthy and socially-responsible goods to the market and ensure the well-being of small and marginal farmers.

The onions are hand harvested, always in the current year, and shipped directly from the farms to us. This warm, sweet and delicate Onion Powder is especially good for sauces, soups, spreads, casseroles, vegetable dishes, relishes, breads and stuffings. In place of one fresh onion, use 1 tbsp onion powder.
