Suggested use

For children ages 3-6 years, take up to three soft gels each day with a meal or as instructed by your healthcare provider or pharmacist.

For children ages 1-2 years, chew one soft gel once daily or as instructed by your healthcare provider. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed whole for optimal absorption.
