Directions for Use

Cautions & Contraindications

Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking immunosuppressive drugs or cyclosporine, or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/daisy family (chamomile is a member of this family). Consumption with alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have depression, a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, endometriosis, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, or hypertension, or if you are taking blood pressure, blood thinning, antidepressant, or sedative/hypnotic medications.
