DOSAGE:
1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Swallow whole, do not chew or crush.
For Anti-inflammatory and immune function: 1 tablet 3-5 times daily on an empty stomach with water or juice, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
