Natural Factors Big Friends Chewable Iron provides 10 mg of elemental iron per tablet as SunActive® ferric pyrophosphate — a highly bioavailable, micronized form that is gentle on the stomach. The sour peach-flavoured chewable tablets are formulated for children and adolescents ages 3 to 18.

Recommended dose:
Children and adolescents 3–18 years: Chew 1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Adolescents 14–18 years (for iron deficiency claims): Chew 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Cautions: Keep out of the reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
