Our Less Sugar Coconut Aminos tastes just like soy sauce! We use a proprietary sugar-reducing fermentation of the coconut sap that takes 12 days before soaking it in a bath of unrefined sea salt. It has the rich savoury taste of traditional tamaris and soy-sauces but without the soy and 50% less sodium than regular soy sauce!
