A true classic! This cheddar is aged for a minimum of 60 days. It is cream-coloured and has a firm, smooth, slightly creamy texture.

Much appreciated for its delicately salty flavour and nutty, buttery finish, this cheese is perfect to enjoy on its own. This gluten free Canadian cheese can also be used in all sorts of recipes, all day long!
