Habibi's Baba Ganoush Smoked Eggplant Dip (200g)

According to Middle Eastern food lore, Baba Ganoush alludes to an elderly, toothless father – or baba – whose daughter had to mash his food because he wasn’t able to chew it. Our eggplant caviar is a wonderful mixture of smoked eggplant and chickpeas. It is a powerhouse in nutrition and flavour. Try it with some drizzled pomegranate molasses or fresh pomegranate seeds like they do in the villages south of Lebanon.

Storage: 
Use the best before date on the side of the product as your guide. Once received refrigerate immediately. Most of Habibi's products can be frozen except our Tzatziki, Baba Ghanouj and Toum garlic sauces.
