Genestra Magnesium Complex Liquid provides 500 mg of magnesium per tablespoon serving from a combination of three organic magnesium sources — glycinate, citrate, and malate — in a natural blueberry-raspberry flavoured liquid. Suitable for adults and children 9 years and older.

Recommended dose:
Adults: 1 tablespoon daily, or as recommended by a health care practitioner.
Children and adolescents (9–17 years): ½ tablespoon daily, or as recommended by a health care practitioner.
Shake well before each use. Do not drink directly from bottle.
