Common Juniper Berry is a tufted shrub spread across moors, mountainous regions and clearings throughout the northern hemisphere.
Its needle-like leaves and its fruit (commonly called berries) are used in cooking to enhance the smell of cold cuts, wild game and other special dishes.
Juniper Berry essential oil is used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms related to rheumatoid arthritis as well as to help relieve
eczema, dermatitis, acne and boil symptoms.

DOSAGE:
Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops of essential oil in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day.
