Certified Organic Napa Cabbage is a mild, tender, and versatile leafy vegetable with pale green, crinkled leaves and a subtly sweet, delicate flavour — far milder and less pungent than green or red cabbage. Napa cabbage’s tender leaves and mild flavour make it one of the most versatile cabbages available. Use raw and thinly shredded in slaws and salads — it wilts less quickly than green cabbage and has a more delicate crunch. It’s the essential ingredient in kimchi and many other fermented preparations. Stir-fry with garlic and sesame oil for a quick side dish; add to soups, hot pot, and ramen; or use whole leaves as a wrap. A natural source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, folate, and dietary fibre, and very low in calories.
