Camino Natural Cocoa Powder (224g)

This cocoa powder is light in colour and has a deep chocolate flavour enhanced by the bitterness of cocoa. It can be used in many recipes and is best suited for those that use baking soda, creating a leavening reaction.Dutch-processed cocoa powder is treated with an alkali (1–3% potassium carbonate) to neutralize the acidity and bitterness, raising the pH levels to create a smooth flavour and deep, rich colour.
