We are open for business, with reduced hours in our stores. Our website is open 24 hours a day for on-line orders. We are pleased to offer in-store shopping, Canada Post Mail orders, Local Deliveries (selected Greater Victoria addresses only), In-Store prepaid pick up, and prepaid Curbside pick up (Douglas location only).
Please note that we offer a 5% Seniors Discount for in-store shopping only. Mail orders, and home delivery are exempt from any further discounts.
Curbside Pick up
Let us do the shopping for you with convenient curbside shopping! Simply place an order online, and pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal. You can even call us at (250) 384-3388, Monday to Friday between 9AM and 12PM to place your order over the phone.
*If there are any issues with stock levels we may call you to suggest an alternative.
Your order will be placed in a queue system based on the day and time it was received. Once we have completed the order, we will call you when it is finished and ready for pick up. If you wish, we can also transfer your order to our store in the Cook Street Village, or in Sidney.
When you arrive in the parking lot, call us at (250) 384-3388 (only between 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday) and mention that you have a curbside pick up, and give us your name. We will give your order at the door, or place in the trunk of your car. Make sure you have your ID with you, so that we know it's you.
