Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans (398ml)

Garbanzo Beans, or chickpeas (Cicer arietinum) are soaked overnight, and pressure cooked at Eden Foods’ organic and kosher cannery with purified water and no chemical additives. The plump, round, golden beans are ideal on salads, and are the world’s most popular bean; with EDEN Sesame Tahini, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, and lemon they make hummus spread or dip. Falafels and curry dishes use them. Add to soup, stew, casseroles, grain burgers, and croquettes. Because EDEN beans contain no chemical additives, the garbanzo bean cooking water in their can is known as Aquafaba, a remarkable egg replacer for desserts, meringues, marshmallows, and recipes calling for eggs.
