Add 175 mL (6 oz) of cold water to a shaker cup, then add 1 scoop of powder. Shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds. Enjoy after exercise; first thing in the morning; or anytime you need extra protein. Milk, juice, or your favourite beverage can also be used instead of water if desired.
