Adults: Add 2 scoops (46 g) to 250-350 mL of water 1-3 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Depending on your protein needs, you can decrease the serving size to 1 scoop (23 g) 1-3 times daily.
Children: Suitable for children. Recommended dose is one-quarter to one-half serving, up to 3 times per day.
Pregnancy and Nursing: Protein shakes are considered safe during pregnancy and nursing. As with any supplement, pregnant or nursing women should consult a qualified health care practitioner before use.
