Dosage:

Adults: Mix two level scoops of powder (10g) into 250ml – 500ml of liquid per day. Take a few hours away from other medications and natural health products. Dissolves best if shaken in liquid (use shaker cup). Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing and/or have bowel obstruction. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, consult a health care practitioner. Do not use if you have Diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate.
