Molkosan Original is made with fresh milk from the Swiss Alps. Fats and proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration.
The resulting lactose free whey is then lacto-fermented with a specific and exclusive strain of lactobacillus and pasteurized.
Molkosan Original’s content of lactic acid (L +) has been recognized for decades for its many traditional uses as a health food.
Concentrated deproteinized lactofermented whey (Swiss milk), bacterial culture, potassium citrate, natural flavour. Contains 0.7 g of L+ lactic acid per 10 mL portion. Pasteurized. Contains milk.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
Molkosan Original Drink:
Add up to 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of Molkosan Original in a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink up to 3 times daily.
Molkosan Original Smoothy:
In a blender, mix 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of Molkosan Original, ½ can of frozen unsweetened pineapple juice, ½ cup (125 mL) of frozen unsweetened fruits and 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Blend until smooth. You can adjust the consistency of this drink by varying the quantity of water you add.
Molkosan Original Herbal Tea:
Prepare a herbal fruit tea of your choice with honey and 2 teaspoons (10 mL) of Molkosan Original. Drink warm or iced. This very refreshing drink is perfect after exercising.
Combining this product with other supplemented foods or food supplements containing potassium may result in too much potassium. Do not exceed 3 servings of Molkosan per day.
