Cane sugar, sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, cocoa (processed with alkali), arrowroot powder, rice milk powder, citrus fiber, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar.
Add eggs oil, and water. Also makes a wonderful bundt cake. Prepare as directed and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
