Potato starch is a white free-flowing starch extracted from potatoes specially cultivated for the starch industry. It has the highest viscosity of any starch product due to its unique granular structure. It has minimal odour and flavour, making it ideal for mildly flavoured recipes. Sauces thickened with potato starch become transparent when cooked or cooled. Our potato starch is made from non-genetically modified potatoes and is sulphite-free.
