To prepare Tandoori wings – a great crowd pleaser – marinate wings in a container or bag overnight. Grill on the BBQ or bake in the oven until cooked.
To create a Tandoori chicken salad dressing, combine the Tandoori Sauce with yoghurt, diced onion, and chopped mint.
Tandoori Sandwich Spread – combine Tandoori Sauce (to your taste) with mayonnaise. Add mint and fresh cilantro. Spread on a chicken sandwich.
Use as a flavour paste for roast chicken. Paint the sauce onto the chicken prior to putting it in the oven. Or, for additional flavour, marinate the chicken in the Tandoori Sauce (with a little yoghurt added); then roast.
Marinate and then BBQ chicken, lamb, pork or shrimp. Always add some yoghurt to the Tandoori Sauce when you marinate meat.
For vegetarians, combine Tandoori Sauce with yoghurt (to your taste), marinate and then grill your favourite vegetables.
