Passion Fruit + Raspberry + Chocolate
Finca La Floresta is owned by Nohora Sepulveda de Zambrano. She is 73 years old and has been around coffee her whole life. With the help of her two sons - Edwin and Rafael - she oversees the production at the 5 hectare farm. This naturally processed coffee is partially de-pulped, fermented for 60 hours, washed, and then dried for 45 days on raised beds in greenhouses and on patios. The resulting cup is delicious, with notes of smooth cacao and juicy fruit.
