I Just Want To Sleep!

“I JUST WANT TO SLEEP!” *tosses, turns, pouts, has a fit, cries a little

Yep, me too, homie. I’ve been a Dad for 17 years, and once I started losing sleep with kid number 2, I haven’t been able to regain that lovely, lovely sleep that I once had when I was in my 20’s. I have personally tried a few of the best selling products we have, and decided to try a combo of Lemon Balm from New Chapter, and Gandha from AOR.

DUUUUUDE! What a great combo! I didn’t feel hung over the next day, slept solidly through the night, and was ready to tackle the day. PLUS, I didn’t feel addicted to this, as if I NEEDED to take this every night to knock me out.

What do these magical supplements do?

AOR Gandha-600

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), aka “Indian ginseng,” is actually not a ginseng species at all; and while it does provide powerful support against overwhelming stress, its effects are in many ways distinct from most other adaptogenic herbs. While most adaptogens primarily work by helping the body to mobilize and maintain the physiological response to stress, ashwagandha appears to work first and foremost by reducing the stress-related excesses of the alarmed nervous system.

A member of the mint family, Lemon Balm has an incredibly fresh and soothing scent. It's used in aromatherapy, and is delicious brewed in summery iced teas and healing tisanes.

New Chapter Lemon Balm

New Chapter’s Lemon Balm Force delivers this botanical's active phytonutrients by combining two types of extracts that deliver its full spectrum of active compounds, including essential oils. Scientific research validates Lemon Balm's time-tested healing value. In addition to sleep support, especially in cases of restlessness or insomnia that are due to mental stress, it's also used traditionally to relieve indigestion and other digestive disturbances.

I do have to mention: this may not be for you. PLEASE talk to your health practitioner if either of these products will work for you. Your results may not work as well as it did for me.

A big shout out to our friends at New Chapter and AOR for providing the content above.
