Instead of cane sugar, which conventional balsamic vinegar usually uses, Mousto Balsamic is enhanced with Petimezi – an ancient recipe for grape molasses, which gives our vinegar a rich, fruity sweetness. Then, it’s aged in oak barrels for six years to further enrich its flavor.
Mousto is certified organic, free from preservatives, additives and dyes, so each batch may have variations in consistency.
